Requirements

Male max 27 years old
Minimum 1 year experience on similar position or Fresh Graduate with interesting skill preferable from Visual Communication Design, Technology Information/System, Graphic Design or related major.
IPK Min. 3.00
Able to operate adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe indisign, adobe flash, adobe premier pro, corel and microsoft office.
Understand online media concept, social media application (FB, Twitter etc) and email layout
Creative, innovative and Dynamic person
Good Communication skill, disciplined, hard worker, attention to detail, computer literate, fluent in English, high motivation, able to work under pressure, Able to work individually and with team.

Responsibilities

Ensuring availability of appropriate solutions for customer related to Passenger Reservations, Cargo, Passenger Ticketing, GFF service, and ticket refund
Ensuring the implementation the City Check-in Service and Cargo operational activities
Ensuring availability of appropriate solutions for customer related to lost handling, lost/ damage baggage complain and claim, passenger and cargo complain/ complement
Ensuring the sales of Garuda Shop articles
Ensuring demand and sales of available tour packages can be sold
Ensuring the information provided in accordance with customer needs

Requirements

Male/ female
Indonesian citizen
Maximum 25 years old
Minimum Diploma 3 degree in any major from reputable university
Minimum GPA 2.74 of 4.00 scale
Attractive appearance
Minimum height 160 cms for female and 165 cms for male, with proportional weight
Sound mind and body
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer and information system application literate (minimum Microsoft Office and internet)
