General Manager (Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Grow the Online Advertising Business in Indonesia and develop new business opportunities.
• Responsible for developing the Sales Team (recruitment, training and performance enhancement).

Requirements:

• Candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a hands-on attitude.
• Resourceful and creative in overcoming problems.
• Good communication skills both Indonesia & English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 5 years experiences in a senior managerial position, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Possess a current network of business partners that can facilitate local operations.
• Candidates with advertising background are highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Internet industry, programming / technical skills are an added advantage.
