Role Synopsis
- Human Resources (HR) occupies a pivotal place within BP. As well as providing a wide range of essential day-to-day support, our HR professionals act as partners to the business. By improving organizational capabilities and delivering necessary resources, they help us achieve our commercial goals.
- The HR Graduate role is responsible for general support activities directly linked to day to day HR activities in BP Indonesia. This is a junior HR role which will encompass a great deal of development set against a clearly defined program and competency standards.
- The aim of the challenge program is to deepen the individual’s HR skills base while widening the oil & gas business knowledge at the same time as delivering set business objectives in a front line of HR activities in Indonesia.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Be a citizen of Indonesia.
- Posses a minimum of post graduate qualification or Masters Degree in Human Resources or related discipline within the last two years or be in your final year of post graduate study.
- Have graduated or will graduate with a grade point average of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.
- No more than 2 years work experience.
- Have a good command of English, both oral and written.
- Dynamic, goal focused and career-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and across different disciplines.
- Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas.
