Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
Minimum GPA 2.75, preferably graduated from reputable university in Indonesia
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/ leasing/ tenant relations/ mall management
Fluent in English both oral and written
Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

Estimator (Code: EST-JD) - Jakarta

Qualification

Age between 24-32 years old
Diploma 3 Degree in any major
Minimum GPA 2.75, preferably graduated from reputable university in Indonesia
Minimum 2 years experience in calculation and monitoring of budget expenditures (Capex)
Preferably experienced as Quantity Surveyor
Mastering RAB calculation, understand technical drawing, and AutoCAD
Fluent in English both oral and written
