Fresh Graduate Development Programme (FGDP) is our programme in developing KPP Pool of Talent. It specified to develop new employee or a fresh graduate that hasn?t have the experience working ini mining business. FGDP aims to align a fresh graduate into a competitive and challenging work climate, making them the best talent with excellent character and value.


In order to supply our FGDP demands, we are here to welcoming you to join us a fresh graduate of,

1. DIPLOMA DEGREE (D III) in CIVIL ENGINEERING
2. DIPLOMA DEGREE (D III) in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
3. DIPLOMA DEGREE (D III) in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (ARUS KUAT)
4. DIPLOMA DEGREE (D III) in CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

FGDP GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Already graduated, or will be graduate in March 2011
• Minimum GPA is 2.75
• Ready to work in all company Jobsite locations(including Borneo)
• Ready to be placed in any position within the company
• Independent and have a strong leadership skill in managing teamwork
• Competitive and enjoy facing challenge
• Strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities
