CRM Supervisor - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Complaint handling
- Identify the potential complaint/dispute and work on the solution
- to resolve.
- Focus on solution given to dispute case by provide assistance,
- answers,troubleshooting and or solution to any dispute cases
- Develop retention & loyalty program
- Coordinate to related unit/PIC in order to resolve within required
- SLA
- Customer Updated
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology/ Science from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field and 2 year experience in supervisory level
- Have experience in customer/complaint handling
- Able to develop loyalty/retention program and execute
- Able to speak in English
- Flexible working hour
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential
