1. SHIP-MATES (ASIKI based – 2 person)
- Degree from Marine College with ANT-III /ANT-II /ANT I certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling permits for operating a jetty
- Good knowledge of Indonesian and International Marine policy and regulation is a must
- Experienced in water transportation esp. cargo vessel and barge
- Experienced in ship safety, security and environmental protection
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player
Responsibility
- Degree from Marine College with ANT-III /ANT-II /ANT I certificate
- Handling permits for operating a jetty
- Managing port administration for operating vessel and barge
- Ensure marine operation comply with Indonesia/ International Marine standard policy and procedure.
2. SHIP SAILOR (ASIKI based – 2 person)
- S1 Technique machine minimum grade 3, Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Experienced in handling permits for opening jetty
- Experienced in water transportation esp cargo vessel and barge
- Experienced in ship safety, security and environmental protection
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player
Responsibility:
- Maintain government-issued certifications as required
- Lower and man lifeboats when emergencies occur
- Load or unload materials from vessels.
3. MINING STAFF (Jakarta – 5 person)
- S1 in Geology and mining engineering, male, maximum 30 years old
- Min 3 years experience in mining from Feasibility study to exploration
- Active English skill, both written and spoken (TOEIC 600 up)
- Possession of AutoCAD drawing Skill is preferred
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player
Responsibility:
- Plant detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops
- Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data
- Plan borehole drilling patterns
- Lead and monitor a team of Junior Geologists and Surveyors in daily tasks, such as apping, surveying and drilling
- Able to use JORC and AutoCAD for mapping and reserve estimation
- Coordinate with Mining Department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings
- Coordinate with Humas Department, regarding making of land of different owners
- Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey
4. HRD-GA Manager (PAPUA based – 3 person)
- Male, S1 degree majoring in Law/HRM, maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same fields
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations in the HR area
- Strong supervisory, coaching skill and interpersonal skill
Responsibility:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
5. GA Supervisor (PAPUA Based – 1 person)
- Male, S1 from reputable university, Maximum 35 years old
- Min 3 yrs experience in the same fields especially in permit & license
- Strong knowledge of GA practices, policies, procedures, systems
Responsibility:
- Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory submissions for domestic or international projects.
- Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
- Communicate regulatory information to multiple departments and ensure that information is interpreted correctly.
- Prepare, handle and control legal document requirements for getting necessary/ notary legalization/ busuness permits and licenses including Izin Likasi ( Dephut), AMDAL (KLH), HGU/HGB/Deppu, Ijin dermaga (Dep. Kelautan).
6. Senior Marketing Executive
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Economic/Management
- Male, Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Trading and Marketing
Responsibility:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.
7. HRD Senior Officer
- Male/Female, S1 Law/HRM, age max 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in HRM, especially in setup and implementation of CBHRM
- Good knowledge of DEPNAKER’s Labor law and regulation
Responsibility:
- Prepare, Execute and coordinate with talk force members to establish and implement CBHRM System
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
8. HR Trainer
- Male/Female, S1 Psychology/HRM, max 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years as a Trainer in a training management team
- Have certification Train the Trainer from reputable institution
- Self motivated, and eager to help other achieve their best.
- Strong presentation skill and communication skill
Responsibility:
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives.
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
- Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment.
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
9. GA Staff
- Female, age max 25 years old
- D3/S1 from any discipline
- Min 3 yrs experience in processing permit for foreign workers
Responsibility:
- Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory submissions for employment and foreign.
- Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
10. Secretary
- D3/S1 from Korean Literature
- Female, age max 25 years old
- Min 1-2 yrs experience has been working with government institution will be advantage
Responsibility
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
