Express Service Representatives - Jakarta (Code: JS ESR PFS-10)

Responsibility

• The jobholder is responsible to be the first point of contact for walk in customer and provide service assistance in adherence with HSBC policy and procedure.

Requirements

1. Hold minimum Bachelor or Master's degree from a reputable university
2. Has minimum 1 year relevant experience will be advantage
3. Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required. Conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage
4. Must have commercial acumen and personal credibility
5. Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
6. Has a strong drive to succeed
7. Demonstrate high degree of integrity
